With over 35 years experience, specifically within the Princes group, involved in the development of the company growth from a turnover of £35 million to a £1.6 billion. Whilst heading up the commercial function was directly involved in the commercial arena of buying/sales and marketing, with direct responsibility for a number of category leading brands within both UK and mainland Europe.
Also responsible for a number of the overseas factory sites channelling their full integration within the European and other export markets.
Represented the company on the International Seafood Sustainability Foundation, (the worlds leading fish sustainability organisation) as Vice President for a number of years.
